Well, we have all sorts of exciting vids for you this morning!

As you know, Bill O'Reilly attack machine Jesse Waters got into that GE shareholder meeting earlier this week and managed to score some direct hits on GE bossman Jeff Immelt, who even got some boos. An enterprising soul has posted an audio snatch of that encounter.

Well, you can't expect O'Reilly/Waters to escape unscathed on "Countdown," can you? No! Last night, Keith O - also a Bill O'Reilly attack machine - named Jesse one of the worst people in the world. Go to the clip for that one as well. Scroll forward to about the 1:25 mark; Jesse's preceded by some other "worst" candidates, believe it or not.

Thanks to Jesse and Keith for giving us some much-needed levity this Friday morning...

Love him or hate him, you gotta watch Keith O's farewell to his mother, Marie, from last night's "Countdown." It's maybe Keith's finest moment - the guy actually DOES like somebody! This tribute is funny, touching and full of love. His mother died over the weekend.

Plus, the special added bonus: Years ago, his mom, Marie - a huge baseball fan - was beaned square on the bridge of her nose by an overthrow from second by none other than Chuck Knoblauch; the headline in Newsday: "Not Even Olbermann's Mom is Safe from Knoblauch."

Well worth watching this...
