Obama did not declare war. There was an agreement with NATO and the United Nations to establish a "no fly zone". McCain already commented that the president should have acted sooner. So, why is it that no one from congress was aware that this was going to happen? No matter what Obama does, the GOP is going to come back with the opposite stand. It's making them look like idiots, They want him to be decisive and lead but the don't. Let's get with the program people. Let's find common ground and work toward making the U.S. a better place instead of wasting the next two years blocking everything the president tries to do. We pay these people to better our lives. Right now we're like a baby in a wet diaper with nobody to change us. Or, we're in the middle of a big mess and nobody is doing anything to remedy the situation!!

We don't pay these people to better our lives. We pay these people to uphold the Constitution and provide basic services like Parks, Roads, and National Defense. They are supposed to stay out of our lives.
