I can not find in the Constitution Article 2 where power vested in a president to declare a law unconstitutional is given. Pres Obama has not lived up to his

What breathtaking arrogance! In a sane world, this announcement alone would result in impeachment proceedings. Even Presidents are not empowered to pick & choose among the laws they will enforce and defend; not even The One. For that power, he will have to be elected to a somewhat higher office.
